many people avoid their working duty, especially IT / project team, making it difficult to implement anything or cost unreasonably. things are really slow here if you don't push and there is nearly no punishment even so.

The training is good and work load is reasonable, they care for their employees. The shifts are typical 8 hour shifts and the managers are flexible.

It's hard to describe how much I hated working here! The job starts with 6 weeks of overly complicated training with multiple tests that you need to pass or you'll fail training and be shown the door (I later learnt that you wouldn't but they need to instill the fear early). If that wasn't enough, they make you take your books home to revise in your own time or you'll be seen as not taking it seriously enough. Once out of training and on the phones, you're faced with call queues of sometimes over 100 callers waiting. Everything is scripted, so you feel like a robot reading the same thing again and again and again. You don't get any time in between calls, it's just horrendous. They also audit EVERYTHING you do. You can't breathe without it being audited or quality checked. I've been working for almost 20 years and I've NEVER suffered from panic attacks or sleepless nights until I worked here! It turned me into a nervous wreck. I'm so glad I got out!

I have worked at AXA for 20+ years in the UK. I've had a varied career and thoroughly recommend AXA as a place to work. Great people. Strong strategy.

J’étais très fière de faire partie du Groupe Axa, une belle entreprise avec de vraies valeurs ou le respect et la reconnaissance était toujours au rendez-vous concernant mon expérience avec mes anciens patrons. Une belle culture d’entreprise avec une protection et bienveillance des salariés, où il fait bon vivre !

Would not recommend, managers were always micro-managing, seeing how many times you go to the bathroom and so on. High turnover rate ! Company is always threatening to close and move out of state
If i would be given a chance to work again with AXA Philippines, i definitely would go back. The compensation is very competitive and the bosses are all very friendly.
Dans l'ensemble bonne entreprise, environnement stable , employés sympathique en général , restaurant d'entreprise très bien, locaux de même. Formation compliqué mais qui reste accessible avec de bons formateurs, les problèmes viennent principalement du fait que l'on soit surveillé sur tout les appels et les communications que l'on peut faire, avec des stats et ne pas dépasser plus d'un certains temps au téléphone même si la situation est compliqué. Il est assez difficile de trouver un poste informatique pour pouvoir travailler tout les jours ( le matériel est souvent débranché ou il manque des accessoires pour le bon fonctionnement du poste).

Axa est une entreprise humainement agréable même si le poids de l’administration se fait lourdement sentir. Professionnellement difficile faute d’un outil informatique à la hauteur des exigences commerciales modernes et à la perte violente de compétences en interne. Financièrement rémunérateur.

AXA aren't as awful as we make them out to be but they are not as good as they want you to think! They want quantity over quality which drastically reduces customer satisfaction, and you are forced to work to unachievable targets. They struggle to listen to their employees needs, and forget that we are only human and not just a number. The culture there varies between teams, some are like a family, others are hostile. I did enjoy working here overall, but wish they'd have made some changes so our lives weren't miserable when they made a mistake!

Axa is the place where we got an opportunity to explore ourselves there is no any cast discrimination treat as everyone equal no bias,no any dress codes everyone felt free to work this kind of environment. if the company is not get closed in 2018 still I am the employee of the AXA.
If you're a manager, even if you have nothing to offer and no valuable skills, you will probably keep your job. If you're knowledgeable and capable, you will be let go and have your position outsourced.

Ottimo stipendio per il settore, ma praticamente zero possibilità di stabilizzazione specialmente per i full time, fanno continui ricambi di personale. Anche la gestione dei turni è abbastanza fastidiosa, ci sono turni notturni e turni che ti bloccano l'intera giornata. Ho dato le dimissioni prima di perderci tempo.

At first everything is great from my time of training up to the deployment to a branch. But circumstances changed when you are assigned in a branch who has no potential buyers as you will be forced to fix the issues there.
