many people avoid their working duty, especially IT / project team, making it difficult to implement anything or cost unreasonably. things are really slow here if you don't push and there is nearly no punishment even so.

A typical day of work was talking with people from all around the world, analysing data. Management was supportive of new ideas and technologies. Hardest part of job is convincing people about new methods.

it’s a very emotionally harrowing job. You’re set work for 2 weeks - phone or admin - and it’s solely what you do for 8 hours a day. Phones, is non stop phone calls from upset/angry customers wanting to create claims. admin is doing the assessment of the claims, calling customers for further information which usually angers them, and potentially pushing payment to be confirmed by another team. i struggle getting help from anyone - and they constantly remind you of your work loaf and how much you’re expected to be doing , and they rate you monthly on how many mistakes you make and even write it up as a percentage. you work shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, the phones are open this time too so you could be on the phones until 8pm at night. you get two bank holidays off a year, and have to work the rest. It’s an office job without the benefits of an Office Job

very hard to receive help and advice, long hours doing the same task for 2 weeks on end, working weekends and bank holidays, office job without the benefits of an office job

J'ai rejoint AXA France en tant qu'alternante. Aucune possibilité de se tourner vers un CDI, seulement si un poste CDI déjà existant s'ouvre. On vous le fait bien comprendre après avoir rejoint l'entreprise qu'on ne vous gardera pas. Surtout vers la fin du contrat, on vous demande de faire toutes les tâches désagréables sous prétexte que de toute façon vous allez partir. Donc pas beaucoup de marge de progression, pas de possibilité d'évolution. Juste bon pour l'expérience.

From the very beginning, the job was very misleading. Your hiring manager boasted that you would start making six figures by Year 3. However, they do not tell you that you start from scratch. No call lists, limited training, and coworkers struggling to pay their bills. You are basically a contract worker who will have to start paying for their own desk, which further drains your paycheck. I am grateful for this job because it taught me to never work for an MLM.

I worked for 6 months dealing with broker clients gained experience in the insurance sector and was taught all insurance products and it was a Good company with great opportunities and good work force and a great and clean enviroment.

I would advise to avoid axa, nobody has your back and they dont care about staff. They blame staff for issues that are company responsible eg with the pandemic we all had to work from home they gave equipment(credit to them) but as soon as you got it they washed there hands of you knowing full well the systems were extremely poor to say the least, massive queues everyday no help. mmanage

If you cannot talk to your line manager there are lots of support mechanisms in place please do use those as they are there to ensure all employees are supported on a day to day basis

The person in charge there don’t really have a standard date to pay the salary. So I need to keep reminding the person in charge to pay my salary for the month.

Sono stato assunto come lavoratore stagionale estivo fino a fine settembre esperienza di lavoro ok, stipendio buono. Grande delusione perché ti illudono che ci siano possibilità di rinnovo e invece quasi tutto il gruppo di stagionali è stato mandato a casa. La cosa più grave è che nella scelta di chi mantenere non è stato valutato né l'impegno né la competenza lavorativa. Tra dieci persone hanno mantenuto chi lavorava part-time (quindi con meno esperienza rispetto ai full-time) o addirittura chi è entrato a metà del periodo estivo (persone chiaramente meno competenti di chi aveva iniziato il percorso a inizio stagione) paradossalmente i due del gruppo a detta di tutti più esperti e capaci (supportano il resto del gruppo e facevano più mansioni) non sono stati rinnovati. Inoltre alcuni colleghi stagionali sono stati vittima anche di episodi di bullismo da parte di colleghi che erano fissi, si lavorava in un clima molto teso.

Es facil trabajar con el ambiente de trabajo y el apoyo de tus superiores, Apertura para el manejo de los horarios, y apoyo para el crecimiento laboral, muy buena ubicacion con facil accesos

Compensation is below average, “paid training” is only $350 and you’ll have to pay for your own licenses and only get reimbursed if they decide to contract you. Training time varies as it’s at your pace (mostly) but realistically 2-3 months... not great. Management isn’t good and training is minimal after licensing and being out in the field for a month.
