Bad cultures

Bad cultures and team head with no management skills. She didn't care of her team and made lots of gossips during the day. Waste people's valuable time to listen her gossips.

No future career prospect

Relatively stress free work environment. Friendly colleagues which makes going to work something to look forward to. However, management is not something to be desired.

Hard Working, Challenging but Rewarding

Learned many things when I worked at AIA, work/life balance is a little more difficult to maintain but work is very rewarding in terms of advancement and new skills acquired.

Great place to work. Interesting work and quite unique in its culture. I would recommend this Company into anyone who is looking to get into finance and insurance and serving customers.

Bureaucratic and lack of work life balance

The people overall are nice. However, poor management structure making the environment very political and bureaucratic. Everyone seemed to be money driven. The hardest part of the job is the lack of work life balance and good employee healthcare and benefits. The company seemed to seek profits off from its own employees by selling its own products and mandate employees to purchase 5% of the salary for MPF.

Free promotional items such as cups/t-shirts/cupcakes

Long hours with lack of rewards
