Do not recommend

Long hours, bad pay. Bad mangement. Not supportive. Not worth your time and you should find somewhere else. Not only for AIA but other jobs as well. Really bad

Overall good learning experience

Lots of remuneration benefits and bonuses to be earned along the way. Many learning opportunities on soft and hard skills required in the financial services sectors. Decrease the turnaround time for the communication, processes and requests between back-end staff and the FSCs to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for clients.

Pros

Lots of remuneration benefits; Many learning opportunities

Cons

Specifically, prospecting and talking to people must be a core passion, to be able to construct a long-term and sustainable business model for yourself. Otherwise, it may be very tiring for long periods.

flexible hours, the fruits of your labour is in the amount of money you earn.

A lot of commitment is needed to be a successful FSC. The perks and benefits of this job is amazing but it is also easy to ignore those perks and give up. The flexible hours that you have is a blessing if you use it wisely. It is enjoyable to work in an environment where you control the situation but as Spider-man's aunt says "With great power comes great responsibility". As an FSC, keeping yourself updated on anything and everything is essential. Knowledge is key. And with knowledge comes trust and success. This is a difficult industry to succeed in if you do not have the capacity or the determination to do it. Otherwise, the world is your oyster.
