Fun workplace but slightly poor management

The team was great, friendly and you can fit in pretty quickly. Staff discounts were decent. A classic fast-paced working environment but with good amount of enjoyable moments.

Causal and relaxing working environment and people are kind

I had a fairly good time in American Eagle Outfitters and sometimes the business plan was a bit confusion to front line employees and managers. When I was American Eagle Outfitters (Hong Kong), the company was really aggressively opening many stores in a short period time. Everyone learned and executed as much as we could. It can be a good thing or bad.

Well training system

It’s better start up if you are interested in customer service . More knowledge about fabrication on denim. There is much more expectation about multi-tasking and well communication on working independently. Well career path on sale team but not to management team.
