It’s better start up if you are interested in customer service . More knowledge about fabrication on denim. There is much more expectation about multi-tasking and well communication on working independently. Well career path on sale team but not to management team.

Fun workplace but slightly poor management

Causal and relaxing working environment and people are kind

I had a fairly good time in American Eagle Outfitters and sometimes the business plan was a bit confusion to front line employees and managers. When I was American Eagle Outfitters (Hong Kong), the company was really aggressively opening many stores in a short period time. Everyone learned and executed as much as we could. It can be a good thing or bad.
