The WORST support I've ever experienced in my life

This and Appen China have the WORST support I've ever experienced in my life. More than two months later I still have an unresolved issue of not being properly compensated for working on a project. The support takes weeks to answer or just outright ignores your follow-ups asking if there's any progress with your ticket. The best way is to spam the tickets like a lunatic for anything to happen at all, and even then the support asks you things that are clearly outlined in your original ticket (for example, a project name). Do not do business with these hacks, you deserve better.
