Job Culture
A varied and vibrant working environment, where the staff were encouraged to cooperate, and assist in with the enhancement of the teaching pedagogy and practices implemented within the institution.

There was a substantial amount of report writing during the year, but this was used as a means of ensuring that the learners were aware of their progress throughout, and also provided them with essential feedback, of which could be used as a tool for their personal learning growth and improvement.

Due to the large number of staff working within the institution it was often a little impersonal, but the willingness of most of the staff to aid and assist each other encouraged a mutually beneficial climate.

The ability to live and immerse oneself within another culture's working environment and and meet all of the challenges that it entailed, encouraged self improvement and a large number of learning opportunities which could be taken and used in a plethora of other future situations.
Pros
autonomous working
Cons
extensive termly reports
