*Work - Life balance is well kept
*Management is efficient in assisting personnel
*The brain gets idle on the long run. Travelling is enjoyable at the first few years. As time passes, you will seek a much more stimulating, challenging and intellectually engaging occupation.

Working at Cathay Pacific is all about relationships and building trust with colleagues and people in different departments.
Employees are expected to be proactive and innovative and come up with initiatives to benefit the company and its people.
- three meeting everyday.
- prolong meeting and discussion that you may have time to exercise what right to do.
- senior management wish to propel and improve the company operation, however, due to inexperience staff, action taken before a comprehensive strategy studied.
culture in cathay pacific might be difficult to adapt. Very strict on seniority. otherwise company very good to employee. From pay to benefits are top notch.
For this day age this company is the best situation I can have. It is nearby and the benefits are tremendously generous. The salary may be a bit low on the payscale but so far it is a very stable company to work for.
One of the world’s biggest airline group with many operations where you can meet a lot of people and learn things. But management and peers are keen in office politics instead of improving their knowledge. Low pay and slow promotion.
Poor communication between management and employee. Cutting cost in sacrifice of employee's well-being. Poor working culture as steep gradient from manager to subordinates.
Great working environment and culture.
They provide excellent training for safety as well as customer service
It was a great experience as I get to learn more about different cultures, nationalities, and I was able to visit many places for the first time.
