Overnight shift
1. Handling country calls from Australia, Thailand and Singapore
2. Different kinds of procedures of each country, hard to handle all
Overnight shift only allow 15mins break time, which is not enough to take over the whole shift
3. Extremely high turnover rate
4. New joiners more than existing staff (need time for training new staff)
5. Lack of support by senior staff to those new joiners
6. New joiners make many distakes due not familiar with the handling procedures
7. 2trainers coach the on-job-training section but it is impossible to handle all the questionfs of new joiners -> long waiting time of guests
