迪士尼為我提供一個開心的工作環境，但並沒有給予適當的工作時數。工作中，學到如何適當地與客人相處，亦明白客人對我們有什麼期望。我的同事與我相處得很好，遇到困難時，他們也會出手相助。管理層亦很體恤我們，在面對客人的投訴時，他們會第一時間幫助我們解決問題，達致雙贏局面。
