Easy going job

Teaching English at your own set time is fantastic, all that is required is to not miss classes you can teach anywhere. You already have designed lectures that you have to explain to your students

Lack of management quality

At first the experience was great. The management was friendly and communicative, always supporting the teachers. However, after some months they started ignoring the teachers' needs and feedback. As for the students, they were pleasent to work with.
