A great company to work with. Really get to learn alot here. The promotions/progressions are slow, however, it can be due to covid too. The infrastructure of the gurgaon office is great. The commute services really helps to not feel fatigued and work with all zeil.
The company has a culture of favouritism. People new to the team are burdened with all sorts of work. Management is inconsiderate, over pressurising the new joiners.Pathetic behaviour from admin staff or even the security staff. No need is paid to feedback provided at the exit interview. All in all not a very good environment to learn and grow.
Company is good. There are several teams which have work life balance nad there are several which can ruin it too like XBRL. The work is very repetitive.
Minimal charges of cab
Repetitive work so no growth, micromanagement, less pay, less hike
Great company to work with. You will learn alot. Just you need to focus on work not upto you for some years then growth is for you only
Management is great. People are there to help you. You will learn alot. Great company to work with. Work life balance issue but pros qnd cons existed everywhere. Work culture is great
Working at EY is definitely a big thing. The salary provided is competitive in the market. I am working in SAP Domain and there is a lot of learning. EY also does product development in the area of SAP S/4 Hana which is a pretty good thing.
Competitive salary, Laptop provided to all the employees, lots of learning
You might have to work a lot harder
No work life balance. For management employees are just revenue making machine. As per their expectation an employee should do the work of two people. EY is always understaffed and overworked. They don't plan. They just leave everything on their employees. You have to work "9" hours per day i.e you have to give them "9" hours chargeable along with 9 hours of admin work.
None if you are at gds
More than 12 hours working all year round, No support from management. Unprofessional management, No respect for employees, No planning
they have fixed set of mindset not very flexible , if they work in certain way everybody has to work n that way else u will casted out , over all you have to be excellent at your job there is no way around
benefits, brand name, salary, company policy
if you are good in current profile then only u have a say otherwise u will be casted out

Being a big brand name EY doesn't have that culture which one should expect from this company.there is no work life balance if you are coming for staff or senior position. Managers will take their employers as granted.
Brand name, big 4 firm
No work life balance, extending hours, more inclined towards proving support, less freedom to take decision
Overall good place to work. High brand value, grooms you as a professional and brings out the best in you.
Anyone who enjoys challenges, thrives to meeting impossible expectations and can compromise on work life balance would enjoy working at EY. Pay wise it totally depends on your experience and potential, they have a good performance pay policy.
It's awesome working with EY. The environment is relaxed, collaborative and competitive. Overall, I enjoyed working with EY. An enriched experience full of career growth opportunities and productive learning.
Nice firm to work with. Its a BIG4. Lot of opportunities to expand your horizon and grow. Both professionally and personally. The training module is great and supports the employee. apart from work there are multiple perks.
Work Life Balance
Too much work at times
EY gives you an amazing work culture with a lot of pressure and expectations. You have to keep updating yourself and there is no time for slacking.
a Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the Business Tax Advisory at Ernst & Young LLP ('EY'). I have three years experience in technology, media and telecommunication sectors and proficient with income tax advisory and compliance for all assessees including matters relating to International taxation. My clientele at EY consisted of multi-national corporation, listed companies and other public and private companies.
EY is one of the best organisation to work with as it is moving with the pace of the world. It is very fast in adopting the change in the organisation and the people in the organisation are more open to change, there is least friction among the people and they all are ready to work in collaboration. My half day was used on working on the deliverable, reaming on the review and a smaller chuck enjoying with the colleague. I would definitely recommend anyone to work in this organisation at-least once in the life time so that they can have exposure to see how swift the management functions.
