There is no work life balance at EY, except that everything is great. They give you pretty good salary. Everything depends upon the team you are allinged to.
Most of the teams work based on clients relationship, and if you are getting project, work then you will be in good position since your billing is reported to client through time sheet
Pros
Transport in Pune office with subsidized charges
Cons
I found less engagement, project work coming after few years
Great organization! Leadership supportive! Work - life balance is manageable Several opportunities available given the size of the firm Awesome colleagues
Great job to learn a lot of information quickly, though that generally means you're constantly busy. Expect to work long and stressful hours during the first 3 months of the year. Management is generally good but its dependent on particular teams so sometimes it can be hard to adjust to different management styles when switching engagements. Best part of the job is that most of the staff/analysts are similar in age so its easy to make decent friends at work.
they have fixed set of mindset not very flexible , if they work in certain way everybody has to work n that way else u will casted out , over all you have to be excellent at your job there is no way around
Pros
benefits, brand name, salary, company policy
Cons
if you are good in current profile then only u have a say otherwise u will be casted out
Loved my time working at EY. Interesting work, great people, solid support. Technology is a little bit old and hours could be long. But overall a fantastic experience
Good to start for a career. Since it is service based industry that offers various services to its clients, the organization is process oriented. You are part of one activity in the entire process cycle, then the data is provided to other teams to perform other tasks. You might come across some bias which is common. Focus on your work and learning opportunities.
Pros
Innovative Culture
Cons
May encounter bias from seniors at times
During my time with the firm I was able to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and first hand experience with a wide variety of professional services. It was a fantastic learning experience and feel fortinute for my time I was able to have with firm.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
a Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the Business Tax Advisory at Ernst & Young LLP ('EY'). I have three years experience in technology, media and telecommunication sectors and proficient with income tax advisory and compliance for all assessees including matters relating to International taxation. My clientele at EY consisted of multi-national corporation, listed companies and other public and private companies.
The work environment is quite competitive, it requires long hours on a regular basis but if you put in the effort, you are rewarded in the end. It is a good place to start your career.
Extremely professional workplace which follow work ethics. The experience was fun and professional. Sensitive tasks were carried out, with hectic work environment.
GDS offers good work culture and
ample learning opportunities. It isa great place for a beginner to start his or her career. However, compensation and lack of client facing opportunities might be disappointing for a few.
The work load is always busy. Its evenly scattered within the team. The superiors are always helpful and understanding. After work you can always expect to chill out with colleagues.
This is a place where one will have no work life balance, but the with is good and the so are the people.
You will be pushed to work harder and smarter than you have done before.
If you like such a life then EY is the place for you.
The company's pay policy is not up to the mark but the culture and the benefits provided at EY on the basis of job requirements is effective. the training provided to understand the business needs and also to accommodate within the team has been productive.
I have worked here for almost 2 years in IDT Tax Department. It is a stressful job with bad working hours.
The team is really helpful and supportive.
Suits for fresher but definitely not for experienced candidates.. Management is worst and poor work culture. Salary is good but then trying to bargain even if you have other offers would not work out. So think Pricesely.
Company is good in terms of flexibility and benefits offered to the employees.
Cab Facility.
Flexible working shifts.
Zero Tolerance for any behaviour which is reported by any employee.
Work from home.
