新酬及晉升前景
係2019年加入此公司,到2022年離開,本身都抱住心態係呢度做,俾心機工作,自己 SET target 三年內要升多一個grade,去到senior位。好可惜,係無。到第三年,見自己的工作前景仲係原地踏步,手頭上的工作已經熟到不能再熟,自己就同經理自薦,希望可以升去senior位,share 現在senior同事 的workload,自己又可突破不同範疇,點知個manager 無心推薦我升職,叫我跟多d production 野。但我想升senior,就係想跟多d development 方面,唔係prouduction,production 係留俾成衣組同事去跟。所以係G2000工作,升職係得1%,就算有SENIOR空缺,寧願出面請,都唔會升內部同事。我親眼見住做左8~10年同事都係做merchandiser,同佢地傾過,佢地都想升職,但就係升唔到上去senior 位。公司又無set up 個升職要符合乜野條件的政策,例如本身職位所需技能是否達到,為公司bargain到更好的價錢等等。所以如果你一打算由低做起,想內部升職,千奇唔好入呢間公司,否則做死一世同一職位。仲有,一定要爭取同老闆開會,要等其他同事認識下你,否則你淨係幫d 經理做報表,準備開會前的文件,而你又無份參與開會,其他高層根本唔認識你,到經理向高層推薦你去升多一個grade,個高層就叫你等多6個月,睇表現。反而另一個同事次次都有去開會,高層就直接叫佢升職呀,你話有去開會同無去開會,升職的待遇差幾遠。呢個係我係g2000活生生睇到的事件。另外講下人工,做左3年,人工都無加過,完全追唔到通賬。係2020年因疫情仲no pay leave 左1.5個月。佢話公司生意差,要同事共渡時艱。我就共渡唔到啦,通賬高企,必需要走人。勸喻有得揀都唔好揀呢間,費事浪費時間。

某些高級銷售員對人態度比較差,欠禮貎,人的本質問題,根本未達高級的標準,縱然熟識產品,與人之間的溝通不善,交權管理不合情理。
跑私佣,又經常請人,分店人多分薄佣金,根本達不到每月二萬的薪金,低薪低,工作時間長,企全日更超過十小時,制度彊硬,沒有分二間人手,更沒有彈性上班時間。留意到請兼職方面,沒有要求每星期最少能夠返三天,或每週至少多少個鐘的要求,形成分店過多兼職,每星期只返一天的都有,沒有精簡人手,兼職返工時間小,容易不專業;當全職人手足夠,或生意額變差的時候,兼職就沒工開,實屬過橋抽板式管理。

工作時間差
工作時間日日12小時一更過先有9至10日假,全私佣,無招聘寫嘅兩萬,呃人嘅,同同事搶生意都吾會有,同事吾會教人,只會顧住跑自己數!

生意好就狂請人, 生意差就狂炒人, 生意差就以為請班管理層返來就可以變生意好,但就炒晒班基層,就係因為管理層差先搞到生意差.
