With a lean budget and limited resource, you have to create many things from 0 to 1manually, like build-up your own SOP, monitoring templates.
It's always good to work with a group of young people, I enjoy crashing ideas with my team in brainstorming campaigns and creatives and execute on our own.
But with limited budgets, we can't easily scale up the campaigns to bring impact to the market.
The bad side is about internal communications, request and instructions from management sometimes can be contradicted.
