H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB (operating as H&M) is a Swedish retail-clothing company, known for its trendy and fashionable clothing offerings for women, men, teenagers and children. The company was established in 1947 by Erling Persson in Västerås, Sweden. At the time it only sold women's clothing and was called Hennes, Swedish for "hers". In 1968, Persson acquired the premises and inventory of a Stockholm hunting-equipment store, Mauritz Widforss. Included in the inventory was a supply of men's clothing, prompting Persson to expand into menswear. Accordingly, he renamed the store Hennes & Mauritz, later abbreviated to H&M. H&M Group comprises of six independent brands: H&M, COS, Cheap Monday, Monki, Weekday and & Other Stories. We have over 3,600 stores operating across more than 59 markets worldwide.

They only care if you can move fast enough to clear queues in the cashier area and fitting room, also fast enough to unpack the stocks and put it out on the sales floor. However, most of the time there was no one watching you to see if you follow all the rules, so, not much stress coming from the company side. But the customers were rude

Company culture and system is the best I have ever had, have a huge potential to grow few times larger than existing company sizes and scale in the world. Almost flawless and systematic in the company structure, best for all management level and also benefiting the staffs at the same time.
