HSBC has a wide network of branches around the globe. Its network provides distinctive convenience to the global customer, who is required to travel different places. Especially, on the fund transfer, it waives the commission fee. And it provides the staff more opportunities to meet with colleague from different cultures.

Pros

meet with people from different cultures

Cons

Competitive and progressive work place

It's a very competitive and truly global bank. IT provides the competitive age to the banking domain and It has significant impact on time-to-market capabilities of the bank, along with continuously improving its operations. It has been truly a roller coaster ride. I learned a lot and i have put in lot of long hours. Finally, its been well worth it.
