1.Customers are keep calling in and it is hard to have time to rest. 2.Branch staff give wrong information to customer. After that customers would call us and complain about that. 3.The most enjoyable part of the job is that I was surrounded by a bunch of nice colleagues and they were always here whenever I need them.

Efficient and accurate working skills

I worked as the Customer Service Officer at The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Cooperation Limited (HSBC). This working experience have provided me with a strong base of communication knowledge and helped me learn how to identify new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction and work quickly and efficiently.
