Efficient and qualitative.
Educator (Current Employee) - Kowloon - May 28, 2022
It truly paved the way for me to get connected to the level I am most suitable to teach and remuneration is justified. They constantly give out orientations and certification programmes to continuously enhance their employees. I like that.

Productive and fair
NET teacher (Current Employee) - Hong Kong Island - April 22, 2022
A good company to kick start your teaching career in Hong Kong ! Great resources and connections, I’d suggest working part-time here rather than full time

Avoid Headstart like the plague!
NET Teacher (Former Employee) - Tuen Mun, New Territories - March 8, 2022
After a lengthy and extensive interview process, I was eventually offered a position as a NET teacher in a local Primary School. It is literally the worst job I've ever had and the most incompetent human capital agency I have ever come across. Headstart is a purely money making operation. They are completely uninterested in the teachers - their only focus is on the commission they get from the schools.

No Good Believe me!!!
Professional Native English Teacher (Former Employee) - Hong Kong, HK - July 29, 2018
They will try to suck the most out of you while paying you the least you're willing to agree to. You will do so the work by teaching and the agency will profit a lot from you every month while doing almost nothing! Bad deal!!!!!

Sucks

Disorganised.
Native English Teacher (Former Employee) - Kwun Tong - July 4, 2017
Poor-quality materials, badly-run company, do not treat their staff with respect. Many inadequate teachers on their books. Would not recommend. They do not support their teachers.

Various opportunities for work
English teacher (Former Employee) - New Territories - June 15, 2017
Teachers are provided various opportunities to work at different schools across Hong Kong depending on teachers' qualifications and experience. Unique opportunities are provided from time to time which can provide valuable experience for the teacher.
