小圈子太多

唔埋堆實比人整死。唔使識做嘢，只要識擦鞋就可保平安。公司文化懶散，千其咪有抱負入去做，唯一好處係可做到退休為止。

差。千萬不要入黎做

公司人工底，要求高。底薪+ 勤工。預咗只有萬二，包括佣金。人工唔會有得加，永遠是依個糧無雙糧無花紅。得14日大假。海量電話要聽，人手得幾位。工作量大幾位全職、全部兼職，打風要番工。做過唔同部門，最差是CLP（X電）IN CHARGE 上司叫ISABE**A 好刻薄，會講說話比你聽。team leader 無乜禮貌，你唔明，senior 唔想幫。

HKT part time

兼職客戶服務員工 (Current Employee) - 九龍灣, Kowloon - June 9, 2020

工作壓力很大，每天也有客人態度惡劣，部分全職同事沒有禮貌，不會幫助我們兼職的同事，不過自由度較大，上班時間10分彈性！

工作環境好

客戶服務主任 (Former Employee) - 牛頭角, Kowloon - November 17, 2017

這間公司的工作環境不錯，辦公室地方好大，環境明亮，有專門休息的地方和進餐區。另有專門的休息時間，上午和下午各有15分鐘，但不可以自己選擇休息時間，這點不夠人性化。工時方面並不短，每星期48小時，輪班制，早上9點上班，要晚上7點才下班，私人時間不多。假期方面有專門編更安排，不可以自己選擇，這點也不夠人性化。

同事相處很好,工作主要是聽電話處理客人疑問及投訴,每一隻call要入record ,語言能力要三語運用
