Matrix organisation structure makes the reporting line become complicated. The university policy is not beneficial to the employees with no career advancement, salary adjustment cannot even catch up the inflation

Warm ambience for teaching

I taught one course last semester. The work environment was quite pleasant and the student response was great. The remuneration is handsome and includes MPF benefits.
