Good colleagues. All of them are very supportive and helpful. Nice location. Good medical benefits. Supervisors are supportive too. They care about your feelings.

Good place for fresh grad

Good place for fresh graduates who want to further their studies since you build your relationship with professors easily. Workloads depend on your boss(professors), sometimes you have nothing to do but sometimes could be really demanding (working at 02:00 a.m.).

Career stagnation, high turnover rate, minimal salary adjustment

Matrix organisation structure makes the reporting line become complicated. The university policy is not beneficial to the employees with no career advancement, salary adjustment cannot even catch up the inflation
