部門管理層處事不太公平
部門主管太標籤員工，亦太主觀地對員工看法，令員工在這種工作環境下工作實在倍添壓力，亦不太懂欣賞員工為中心付出的努力，若收到投訴事時，更未與同工先了解事情已認定是同工的錯，這樣對同工實在不公平，這樣只會令員工另找新工作，亦留不到優秀人才
