應該改善薪酬Pca3A起薪有兩萬。。。OpA3B運送病人(不含清潔)$12181可以接受，但通宵而又要清潔$14000，因仁濟醫院管事部porter,非一般運送工作，早上7:00--9:00要抹急症室所有床10-15張及輪椅大約15-20張，甚至要按排上病房內所有床大枺，晚上night更4天裡要清潔急症室殘廁及男女廁所，更換廁紙，潔手液，消毒潔手液，形同清潔，還有高空清潔工作也是由運送病人portet,做，晚上男工更要按排指派抹所有lift,X光室範圍及廁所，清污衣垃圾，所以應該有特別清潔費，每天$500，以示津貼，不應該揾員工笨。。。必須要有的。但病房清潔(不需通宵)$14000,要通宵$16000

A good place to work

I have spent 7 years in this place. I met many good colleagues and my senior colleagues were very helpful. But you have to work on shifts, and you do not have enough time to rest.

Reasonable pay rate, stressful working environment.

Good preceptorship at the beginning of work. High expectation of work performance if you are senior. Head of department changes mind frequently, it takes time for the staff to follow well. It takes time for the manager to understand what the staff need. Better communication skill is suggested to the nurse leaders.

More communication is needed between nurse leaders and staff nurses.

Great people. Too much work for too little money...
Hospital is always a meaningful place to work in. However, HR is bureaucratic and wouldn't promote people unless necessary. Tried to pay people the minimum assistant wage but have them work like a supervisor... Too much workload for too little pay.

Well paid and good job security. Dynamic working environment, very productive. Really can make changes and improve patient’s safety. Provide many training opportunities that you can enhance yourselves.

Not friendly to new staff, Guidelines and policies changes every day

- One day the management said you need to work at the ward and the next day they told you to assist with a newly launched program- A lot of political issues between the management- Very high turnover rate for Supporting Staff

Well paid at the expense of dignity

I have no complain as to the job nature and I’m well paid for my effort at work. However, the management, especially head office suck. They always implement rules and measures that cause more trouble than to solve problems. The remote accreditation and the recent “Leave Home Safe” are but two of the most ridiculous campagnes.

Stressful environment

Nurse to patient ratio was 1:15 or even higher sometimes. We didn't get adequate support during covid pandemic and the higher managers set up many unrealistic and impractical guidelines.

同事都很友善，有問題都一同解决。为市民服務很有满足感，有時可以適富解答他們对打針的疑惑式誤解。有些客人打針前會特别重慮，可祝跟他/她祝个笑，镶他/她分心，打针就順利得多。
