Managing a team of 4 sales people with targeted goals per market.
The good think is that i have the world as a "playground" and don't have to focus on only 1 specific area.
In my job, I have approached different functions such as business development, team management, brand management, product management, channel distribution management.
Hardest part of the job would be to combine 2 very different sales approach:
- massive approaches (contacting everyone, being visible, make some noise...)
- individual approach that requires a lot of time and resources
financially strong and stable
location, bad company culture, poor management
