It is my first job starting in Hong Kong. I learnt to deal with clients with all sorts of issues, it is also a very fast pace and musltitasking role which trained me in high EQ and problem solving skills.

Job Culture
J&J has a good culture and generally good people. They try to be flexible and care about their employees. Unfortunately, J&J reorganizes so often that in 3 years, I have had 3 different positions with different levels of responsibility and different direct report teams. Just when you and your team become proficient and efficient in delivering to the organization, your position and team completely change, and you have to adapt to the change and become productive quickly. This organization uses the "What" and "How" performance planning method, which leaves high levels of subjectivity in the ratings of the "How" dimension, which leads to favoritism and employee resentment.
Pros
Flexible work environment, decent compensation
Cons
Too many reorganizations, back stabbing, protectionism of knowledge and position
