Boring and no promotion prospect

Management changed and fired lot of staff in 2016, shortage of staff results. No replacement and workload is huge, working morale drops to the lowest point. No knowledge management after staff layoff, the company loss a lot and cannot improve as operational years gained. Staff have no double pay (if join after 2004) and bonus is on discretionary basis, very mean.

工作同工不同酬

要有埋堆心，懂做人，預了同工不同酬心態，要懂擦鞋，而且荔廠空氣質量很差，在荔廠工作眼看很多員工得到癌症，因為廠出面是垃圾堆填區，夏天釋出的氣味很大，而且廠裡寫字樓都會有一個空氣潔淨器自費的
