In the Manulife(international) limited, most of the colleagues are very friendly. They are very helpful to help other people.
Some colleagues always love travelling, they will buy many souvenirs and food, in order to share with us and to build up a happy atmosphere.
People at work normally encourage you to be at your best, which I think, is a good environment to start working. You need to be flexible at whatever job you apply in here. Think that you have to do more than what is asked of you, even if it is not in your job description.
Provincial employees do not have the same perks with that of the head office employees
I learned a lot about insurance and how the infrastructure of such a company works. I always had something to do which was rewarding, and despite the big company, my boss and coworkers were also very friendly towards me.
The work there can be stressful sometimes but not cut-throat. The whole working environment and culture motivated people to work harder and fulfill takes productively.

It was my first job and I worked with the Sales Rep who trained me on how to sell fire insurance, home insurance and car insurances. Dealt with customers on their questions. Took phone appointments and helped sell home insurances in a small way.
