Small company with small cricle of colleagues. So much competition with other colleagues and other big recruitment companies. when all the positions is just retail banking.You need to find the candidates in a small pool by LinkedIn and do some cold calls by yourself. Pressure with the big number of targets and a leader who cant help you at all.
