層壓式管理文化非常嚴重，管理層架構臃腫，分區經理或以上職級擦鞋文化嚴重，店舖員工嚴重不足及薪酬過低，且需要長時間體力勞動搬運貨物，部份細铺兼職時薪只有$43嚴重低薪，全職員工六天工作底薪只有＄10500（包津貼約$11900）

A lesson learned in a job

I learned how to handle 15 store project in a year or sometime more than 15. And do the project from planning to site visit graphics, visuals to opening of the store. Deal with property, Marketing, project engineer, sometimes with Landlord. But, still i handle it on my own and still enjoy dealing with other colleague and enjoy handling job only just slow salary increase and Management
