小圈子管理文化嚴重
store manager (Former Employee) - New Territories - February 22, 2022
層壓式管理文化非常嚴重， 管理層架構臃腫 ，分區經理或以上職級擦鞋文化嚴重，店舖員工嚴重不足及薪酬過低，且需要長時間體力勞動 搬運貨物 ，部份細铺兼職時薪只有$43嚴重低薪，全職員工六天工作底薪只有＄10500（包津貼約$11900）
