They will be asked you simple question too. They would always ask this: what are your skills? where did you hear of pret from? what do you know about pret? who recommends you to work here? Based on my experience, those are like the fixed question that will always ask the applicant. It's absolutely, simple.Afterward, they will be asked about your availability. Then, they will tell you the starting salary, during my time in the year 2014, it was $45 per hour. I believe now is $47 per hour. I'm not sure if they increase. Finally, they will call you back 2-3 days for the OJT. By the way, the OJT is 4 hours and it is paid. Good luck!As a side note, It's a good training workplace for first-time workers. But overall, it's not a good place to stay for the long term. The workload and pressure are heavy. Even though, if you are promoted to a higher position like Barista or hot chef, you have only expected a slight increase in salary, like perhaps, $2 increase.
