機場每天都有飛機Delay或因人手不足強制OT的現象。

1.每天遇到不同國籍客戶壓力都很大,第一語言能力未必你聽懂他他聽懂

你。


2.工作上學到應變能力,急材要夠,EQ夠高。


3.管理層還可以。


4.我和同事相處都很好,容易因為合作認識對方。


5.困難是自己一個面對一堆因為Delay和行李損毀而鼓譟的客戶。


6.工作上最喜歡的事是空餘時間跟同事談天。
