Thrown in with no training
Lousy place to work in senior management. Too many processes, too much red tape, too many responsibilities for the pay. I shouldn’t have taken this position!

Many things to learn
Typical daily work: I had to arrange the guardian vehicles to enter the parking space so that the officials of the bank could exchange the cash with the supervisor of the vehicles smoothly.
