The ONLY two good things about this company: good culture and free goodsDid a few times of massive layoffs after Covid while little (close to 0) salary increment was made to make up to the colleagues who took up additional workload, DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WANT JOB STABILITY OR WORK-LIFE BALANCERestructured after new country GM was on board, ignored employees' career development and aspitation soley for the benefit of the company

Stress and no work life balance

Many opportunities and projects which allow you to keep updated with the market. However manpower is not enough to support the daily workload. No work life balance and OT everyday even on weekends.
