A work culture that could not be worse

Sorry to say, the work culture at the office could not be worse. The top management of the office was not able to give clear direction and instruction, but only rushing things through. The status of the office I worked in was very low within the University. Whenever there was a complaint, the management would not defend her own team but only did fault-finding. Morale was very low and there's high turnover at both clerical and officer levels.

Good place to learn

Project Associate (Former Employee) - hong kong - December 15, 2022

The administration process is slow but people are kind and good. Many chance to learn new things if you are proactive. There has many facilities such as gym room, badminton court, high quality tea home and swimming pool.

I think the working time is fixable. You can choose the time you want to work as a part time. However, the working environment is not very good. The leader is rude.
