many task to do, lower salary, many ad-hoc job will be assigned. limited salary increment each year. new comer need to consider this point when you accept the offer.

Poor HR practices.
You'll have to read your employment contract very carefilly, especially on the terms regarding resignation notice period. They have terrible HR policy and practices that make departure difficult and exploitative.

Poor quality of all kinds, such as hygiene, people didn't flushed after use of toilet, poor quality of environment and equipments, lack of resources and manpower.
