Position: Business Development Director

Location: CGC, Pampanga, Philippines

Introduction:

TRT is a Global IT services provider with sales offices in Australia, The Philippines, Malaysia Singapore Hong and Indonesia, we market our services to both global and domestic clients in these countries. Due to the TRT restructure of TRTs Global Operations and our Relocation of our Global HQ to Clark Global City in Pampanga Philippines, we are recruiting for Director of Business Development to provide manage and director of global business development, digital and direct marketing as well as our client account management teams globally. The role is tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of these teams. The role is based out of Clark Global City, Pampanga Philippines

The successful applicant would have a proven track record of developing business from existing and prospective clients within Asia Pacific and globally. You will assist in administering TRT policy and practices. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience who will bring innovation and ideas that will enhance TRT and will swiftly adapt to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan for prospective and existing clients that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales revenue targets within named existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Setting individual sales and activity targets with members of the business development. Client account management as well as the digital and direct marketing teams.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development, client account management to maintain and increase annuity and non-recurring revenue sources.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation through digital and direct marketing teams.
  • The ongoing training of your business development and client account managers.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, goal setting, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Aligning target clients and prospective clients with our service offerings.

Business Development Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing business development, lead generation and client management strategies.
  • Experience managing and directing personnel at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great client experience service.
  • Ability to lead a business development effort globally.
