About the role
This role involves participating in daily florist operations, including flower material procurement, supplier communication, and preservation handling. You will assist with shop daily tasks such as unpacking, water changes, cleaning, packaging and delivery arrangements. You will interact with customers, sell fresh flower products, and ensure every piece meets quality and customer expectations. You will design floral arrangements based on customer needs, provide professional advice, and execute custom works. You will also develop and design innovative floral products for the company, including holiday series, commercial collaboration projects, and everyday merchandise.
Key responsibilities
Participate in flower shop daily operations: flower material procurement, supplier communication, inspection and preservation handling;
Assist with shop daily work: unpacking, water changes, cleaning, packaging and delivery arrangements;
Interact with customers, sell fresh flower products, and ensure every piece meets quality and customer expectations;
Design floral arrangements according to customer needs, provide professional advice and execute custom works;
Develop and design innovative floral products for the company, including holiday series, commercial collaboration projects and everyday merchandise
About you
2–3 years of floral design experience (orchid experience is a plus);
Proactive, team-spirited, outgoing personality, patient and creative;
Candidates with less experience may also apply for junior florist positions and accumulate experience from daily work;
