The Job

Ticketing & Sales: Issuing and reissuing tickets, selling souvenirs, and processing payments accurately

Guest Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer questions about tickets, pricing, souvenirs, and venue highlights

Working Schedule: 1130 - 2130, at least 3 days a week

Competitive Rate: $80/hr

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui Avenue of Stars

What you need

F.5 or above

Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required

Good communication and talkative

Good command of spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)

回答有關門票、價格、紀念品及張保仔號的查詢

工作時間:上午11:30 至 晚上9:30,每週至少工作3天

優厚薪酬:每小時80元

工作要求:
中五或以上學歷

具客戶服務或零售經驗者優先

善於溝通、健談

能使用簡單英語及普通話為佳
