Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Senior accountant (Group Financial Reporting) to join our finance team, primarily responsible for group reporting, financial analysis, and consolidation across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, working with multi-regional data, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for the group across multiple regions.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

Coordinate with regional finance teams to collect and validate financial data.

Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.

Support internal and external audits related to consolidated reports.

Improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and timeliness.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in group reporting and financial consolidation, preferably within a multi-regional organization.

Big 4 accounting firm or a second-tier firm candidate is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).

Experience working with consolidation software/tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS) is an advantage.

CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
