• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to production plans and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve equipment performance.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to identify root causes of recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and lead daily operational review meetings, providing direction and ensuring achievement of performance objectives.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to strengthen technical skills, operational knowledge, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while reviewing incidents and implementing preventative measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business objectives, projects, and operational improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing operational teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence principles.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, quality management, and factory operating standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage.
