Full job description

  • Plan and deliver quality service to customers, including corrective/preventive maintenance services
  • Handle service and technical projects assigned
  • Team up with Sales and Marketing staff to provide technical support and back-up services;
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers by providingefficient and effective services;
  • Prepare service reports accurately and punctually
  • Provide technical trainings to end-users

Qualifications:
  • Degree holders preferably in Biomedical/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Mature, energetic, positive attitude with excellent trouble-shooting skills
  • Detail and result oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Cantonese
