Dispatch Officer

We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our Transport Team as “Dispatch Officer’'.



In this role, you will:

  • Respond to airline customers’ requires quickly via telephone, walkie-talkie, emails, telex and fax regarding extra orders of meals and items
  • Ensure all accurate flight information and orders are promptly updated to various operational departments
  • Coordinate with transport team and organize delivery to the flights on time
  • Work at rotated shifts including morning, afternoon and overnight

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • With shift / airport operation experience is preferred
  • Figure sensitive and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
