Responsibilities:
Handle Opening and Closing of the shop depending on the schedule

Maintain excellent customer service

Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the shop

Good understanding of the menu items to guide customers

Keep the merchandising areas well organized & attractive

Implementing the workflow & supervise the front of house team

Coaching staffs on sales program & customer's approach (welcome, answer questions)

Arranging the roster

Ordering Food & Drinks to suppliers & handling the end of year inventory

Limiting wastage of fresh products & adjusting orders

Taking decisions / reporting issues / asking for help in certain situations

Handling customer’s requests

Requirements:
  • • Must be able to arrive at 06:30am
  • • Good command of spoken English. Cantonese / Mandarin are a big+
  • • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • • Team player
  • • Willing to learn & demonstrating interest in the F&B service industry
  • • Experience in handling a POS & computer tasks is a +++
  • • Good command in making coffee is a +++
  • • Neat personal appearance & High level of personal hygiene
Working hours: 8.25 hours + 1 hour break per shift
Straight Shifts: 06:30-15:45 & 12:15-21:30 (including 1 hour meal break)
Day off: 5 days off per month
