Responsibilities

• Assist to formulate and develop marketing/business strategies and new initiatives to achieve mortgage and loan financial targets
• Develop the mortgage and loan products or features and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end proces as well as effective and efficient implementation of planned initiatives
• Lead and manage the product team to achieve the agreed business target and objectives
• Develop and launch marketing and promotion program for reaching out to the customers

• Propose and liaise promotional activities with trade partners and distributors

• Work closely with the distribution team and system team to ensure effective and efficient process in executiion
• Drive the upcoming innovative and digital projects
• Prepare the compliance related reports to meet regulatory and internal audit requirement

Requirements

• University degree holder in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 12 years in product development or Marketing experience in the banking industry
• Sound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelines
• Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
• Independent, mature, positive, proactive and business oriented
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with high risk awareness
