Job Description
- Provide professional, warm, and efficient counter services to bank customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and seize business referral opportunities.
- Perform general clerical duties and administrative support to ensure smooth daily branch operations.
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals accurately while adhering to operational guidelines.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a polite and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Hold an HKCEE or HKDSE certificate with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
- Possess prior professional experience working as a Bank Teller.
- Demonstrate a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Show excellent attention to detail alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
- Maintain a pleasant personality with a dedicated, customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and the MS Office Suite.
- Possess valid HKSI and IIQE qualifications, which will be considered a distinct advantage.
