Full job description

CityU HK Lab for Digital Medicine

Duties

Responsible for the design and synthesis of biomimetic nanomaterials or fabrication of wearable/implantable devices, and the biological studies (in-vitro or in-vivo) to test these materials and devices.

Requirements

  • A PhD degree in biomedical engineering/chemistry/materials science/chemical engineering or related disciplines from a well-recognised university; and
  • Ability to undertake independent research with strong technical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Candidates with good publication record and prior experience in nanomaterials, bioconjugation, biomimetic materials, microfluidic device and wearable biosensors are preferred.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
