Responsibilities: -
Full-time
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairing of the medical equipment.
- Provide sales & technical support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving, and consultation to salesforce & customers for current & future medical devices
- Provide Technical / clinical support to end-user toward our offered medical devices.
- Prepare the service/ clinical report
- Responsible for IT, development, software, hardware and application support
- Attend the seminars, exhibition or training (Local /oversea).
