Are you passionate about coffee and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere? Brewed is looking for a friendly and motivated barista to join our team in Sheung Wan. If you love making great drinks, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow in a fun, supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks
Provide excellent and consistent service to every guest
Contribute ideas for creative and seasonal beverage menus
Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar and equipment
Engage with customers to create a positive and memorable experience
Support daily cafe operations, including cashier and cleaning duties
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding service
Requirements
Previous experience in coffee or F&B service preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate
Passion for coffee, drinks, and genuine hospitality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive, energetic attitude and attention to detail
Team player, willing to learn and help wherever needed
Must have full working rights in Hong Kong

Competitive pay, $15,000–$20,000 depending on experience
